Multiple microphones, audio mixer, and additional lighting quoted on bid basis.
Full day shooting rates are based on an 8 hour day, portal to portal with minimum of 30 minute lunch or dinner break.. Overtime, if applicable is $200 per hour after eight hours, and $300 per hour over 12 hours. Per Diem, crew meals, mileage, air Fare and lodging are additional based on project requirements

Seminar Production Rates - Includes hooking into house audio system, or if not available, using 1 wireless lavalier microphone for key speaker

Editing on bid basis. Dependant on complexity of edit, additional elements needed and overall length of program

On premises editing and post-production costs
On-line editing (Production of finished video)	$100.00 per hour
Off-line editing (Reviewing footage for key points, most relevant information for use in final edit process. Typically 2 hours needed for each hour of video shot)	$50.00 per hour
Web/DVD/CD video encoding Conversion and compression of video programs to appropriate formats for Internet, CD or DVD Delivery.	$50.00 per hour
Audio Recording	$65.00 per hour
Audio Editing and Mixing	$25.00 per hour
Other professional formats and off-site editing - Rates on request Video on sources other than DV, DVCAM, S-VHS, VHS and DVD will require conversion at an outside facility before editing (rates bid on request). If edit requires using outside editing facility for final production, dubs, transfer, or conversion, rate will vary depending on Post Production House room rates plus $75.00 per hour Producer's Fee.
